REFUND policy

Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods such as food, but should there be an issue with your order once it has arrived, we will work with you to come to a resolution please call us on XXXX XXXX or email orders@industrialharvest.com.au.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel a catering request order you can do so by contacting orders@industrialharvest.com.au. Note that any order that is cancelled within 24 hours of date required will not be eligible for a refund. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@industrialharvest,com.au.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any issues with your items, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
